In July 2026 the Pharmacy Compounding Advisory Committee recommended these six peptides for a bulk-substance list. That vote is advice to FDA. It is not an approval, and none of them is legally compoundable yet.

In October 2026, HHS and FDA sent the White House an interim notice on compounding certain peptides. It is not a finished rule. It names no compound, and the text is not public.
